We work as one compact, senior team across strategy, brand design, web, content, media, and analytics without handoffs and gaps. Everyone here does the work.
Role
You keep complicated work moving. Our projects cross disciplines and rarely follow a template, so we need someone who can build a schedule around how the work actually gets made and then hold everyone to it, including us. Your attention to detail and your ability to see things coming months ahead is your super power. You thrive working with complicated minds with quirks and appreciate that idiosyncrasies lead to groundbreaking work.
What you will do
- Own timelines, scope, and budgets across several concurrent engagements.
- Build schedules that account for strategy, design, production, development, and media running in parallel rather than in sequence.
- Run resourcing across a senior internal team and a bench of specialists.
- Draft and maintain scopes, estimates, and change orders alongside account leadership.
- Manage production partners, editors, developers, photographers, and vendors.
- Give clients clear status, honest risk flags, and documented decisions.
- Surface problems early and arrive with options.
What you bring
- Enterprise experience managing integrated creative work inside an agency.
- Direct experience across brand strategy, traditional design, web, social, video production, and media.
- Financial fluency. You can build an estimate, track burn, and maximize.
- Comfort with ambiguity and enough judgment to know when a plan needs to change.
- Direct communication with clients and creative leads at every level.
